Elkraft's task is to create a good network and environment between current and former students.

Elkraft linjeforening was founded in 2012 by committed electric power students who thought it was time for electric power to get its own student society. Elkraft’s task is to create a good network and environment between current and former students. 

Everyone knows how important it is to have a good social environment in order to create a good study environment. Therefore, the student society wants to do its best to arrange up to several social gatherings during the school year. This can be anything from a small barbecue trip in the park to weekend trips on the mountain. And of course, student society party, which is the biggest happening of the year! 

Elkraft is also working to achieve close and good cooperation with the industry. This means that the students get the opportunity to make contact with future employers, and also see what tasks a fully qualified electrical power engineer works with on a daily basis. The student society therefore wants to arrange company presentations, guest lectures and company visits.
