Energistudentenes linjeforening ved HVL

Energistudentenes linjeforening is an student organisation for people studying Energy Technology. 

Energistudentenes Linjeforening was established in the spring of 2005 and works to forge ties between students and business life in Western Norway. The background for the establishment of the association was that Energy Technology was a completely new course of study that no one had heard of. 

Through targeted work, the organisation has made many exciting contacts between students and the industry through company presentations, guest lectures, excursions and not least through the Energiseminaret, which is becoming a tradition. 

The student society arranges, among other things, a Christmas party, enerskituren and a party for new students (in Norwegian; fadderukefest). It is also an aim to actively profile studies to potential future students. 

The association consists of approx. 100 members, and was awarded, among other things, høgskolens læringsmiløpris in 2008.
