Fribord - Linjeforeningen for Marinteknikk ved HVL

Works to create a good student environment and to forge ties between business and students. 

Fribord's aim is to make the field of study visible to the industry and society, and to help marine engineering students to get to know the companies through company visits and lectures. The student society also want to create a pleasant student environment by arranging academic and social gatherings. 

Årsmøtet (Annual general meeting in English), held every year in February, is the highest authority. Between the annual meetings, Fribord is managed by a board of at least six members.
