Heart Circle Student Bergen

Heart Circle Student is a new, volunteer-based student organization offering safe spaces where students can share thoughts, listen, and simply be together.

We create authentic spaces where students can lower their shoulders, be themselves, and share thoughts and feelings. Through open, inclusive sharing circles, we strengthen community and mental health.

What is a Heart Circle?
A Heart Circle is a free, low-threshold gathering where students meet in a circle to share what feels real in the moment. We listen to each other with openness and respect. It’s not therapy, but a space to breathe out, be yourself, and connect with other students.

The project was developed by Humanistene (The Humanists), with support from the Norwegian Council for Mental Health and the Stiftelsen Dam Foundation, and has been featured in VG, NRK, and Aftenposten.
