Karrierekompasset

Karrierekompasset is the working life committee at the Faculty of Psychology at UiB. 

Karrierekompasset works to improve contact between students at the Faculty of Psychology and actors on the labour market. The background for the foundation of the committee is the increased number of different bachelor's and master's programs offered at the Faculty of Psychology. 

Karrierekompasset wants to increase knowledge in working life and make students aware of how they can apply their own skills. Internally at the faculty, the Karrierekompasset wants to be a broad and unifying organization to which all students feel a sense of belonging and see the value of. 

Karrierekompasset represents all students at the Faculty of Psychology and consists of seven board representatives. Årsmøte (General annual meeting in English) and elections take place in September and February each year, and we always need new board members and board representatives. 

Karrierekompasset wants to become even bigger, and we want to carry out more events that can be useful for students. The organization therefore needs more people who want to contribute!
