Latin America group in Bergen (LAG-Bergen)
Latin America group in Bergen (LAG-Bergen) is a organisation that works to spread information about Latin American issues.
LAG-Bergen focuses especially on social movements for social justice, democracy and ecological balance. LAG-Bergen organises meetings, debates, presentations, movie nights and social events.
LAG Bergen is a local chapter of The Norwegian Solidarity Committee for Latin America and consists of a steering group as well as active and supportive members. The group always seeks new members who have an interest in Latin America and who wish to engage in something outside their studies.
Who can join?
International students are welcome. Most of the meetings are held in Norwegian, but some are also held in English or Spanish with translation. All meetings are free and open to everyone.
