MatNatPrat

MatNatPrat is the independent student newspaper at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at UiB. Our aim is to give our readers a good mix of student political, academic and social material, aimed mainly at the students, but also at the business world. 

MatNatPrat is run on a voluntary basis by approximately 25 students and is published twice each semester with 1,000 editions. The newspaper is available at all departments belonging to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, in addition to the Student Centre. We receive financial support from the faculty, but are, despite this, an independent student newspaper. 

The newspaper is mainly managed by the board, which is made up of the editor-in-chief, deputy editor, journalist manager, graphics manager, financial manager, business manager and PR manager. The board, in addition to the responsible editor, is elected democratically by open election once a year. 

MatNatPrat is located on the first floor of the Realfagbygget at Allégaten 41 in Bergen.
