Musikselskabet Larmonien

Musikselskabet Larmonien was founded 21st of February 1966 and is therefore one of the oldest student bands in Bergen. With Larmonien every band player is welcome regardless of faculty, and social music playing is in focus. This clearly communicated in our motto: "Inimicissima musicae", which stands for "Music's worst enemy". Larmonien is a carefree and friendly band to be a part of and can fit those who would like to get into band again or for those who just want to maintain the playing. 

 

In addition to having a fun time at rehearsals, we party every now and then. Other things on the agenda are playing in the 17th of May parade, cabintrips, Halloween-party, Outdoor Concerts and Semester-concerts with various themes. 

 

Larmonien does not operate with admission tests, so you can just bring yourself and an instrument and drop buy any Tuesday at 6 pm at Christies Gate 18 (close to Kvarteret). Hope to see you there!
