Root student society

The purpose of Root student society is to create a common meeting point for all students in Data and IT at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. 

Root Linjeforening organises, among other things, social events, jobseeking courses and works to link students more closely to the business world through company presentations. 

Parties are organised throughout the school year, the purpose of which is to make acquaintances across grades and to promote a good student environment at the institute. The program varies from themed parties to quizzes, and collaboration has also been entered into with other organisations.
