The Comparative Politics conference

The Comparative Politics Conference (Sampolkonferansen) is a professional conference organised by master's degree students at the Department of Comparative Politics at UiB.  

Since its inception in 1985, the conference has developed into one of the country's largest and most recognized student-run professional conferences. For many students, the conference serves as an important part of their education; it increases the level of knowledge about a chosen subject and contributes to the development of commitment and organizational skills. 

The aim of the conference is to shine a spotlight on important and current issues.
