SOS Children's villages Student Bergen

SOS Children's villages Student Bergen is a subgroup of SOS Children's villages for all students in Bergen.

We mainly work to ensure that all children grow up in a caring family. To achieve this, we collect money that goes to support families in need, and to barnebyene so that they can provide care to children who do not have the opportunity to live with their families. In addition, we run activities to strengthen the care of children in the local area, such as the integration of unaccompanied minor refugees. 

Our student group focuses a lot on the social side and strengthening bonds and friendships with fellow students. Our philosophy is that friendship within the group strengthens volunteering.
