Undring (Journal)

A student-lead journal for radical philosophy and theory.

Undring is the place for radical philosophy and theory at HF. We publish articles, essays, fiction, poetry and illustrations; in short, everything of philosophical value that you can include in a journal. We are open to all students in Bergen!

Are you interested in philosophy? Do you want to write philosophical texts? Do you wish to learn about publishing? Then join! In Undring, you can:

Sit on the editorial board and discuss philosophy and philosophical texts
Proofread and evaluate submitted texts
Write your own philosophical contributions
Create illustrations for the journal
Dabble with social media
Organise and run social events

What is the threshold for joining? It is low! You only need to turn up to an editorial meeting and then you are on the board. We have editorial meetings once a week on Wednesdays at 16:15 on the fourth floor of Sydneshaugen Skule (the big yellow building), and these are open to everyone. You get involved as much as YOU want. For specific tasks, this can be discussed with the editorial board or the editors.

All editorial members and contributors receive a free copy after printing, and the editorial board is invited to all social events that the journal has to offer. Join us!
